Durian in Groningen

My Durian relatives were said to originate in France as Huguenots. Some fled to Switzerland and some fled to Groningen.

Then, the Swiss Durians in about 1660 settled in Besigheim Germany, and many came to the USA in about 1854.

Please let me know if you have any information on the Durian surname. Thanks!
