Langhans in Bern

I have found the birth certificate on my Swiss ancestor Magdalena Langhans in the Burgerliche Kirchenbücher der Stadt Bern (https://www.query.sta.be.ch/Dateien/19/D97541.pdf, folio 104, act at the bottom left).
From the first sentence I understand that she was baptized 19/04/1798 (born Oct 1797) as a foundling but I do not fully understand the implications of the last sentences "Den 21ten Xbr 1812 ist dieses Kind den obigen Eltern vom Oberen Ehegericht als ehlich zugesprochen worden. Eingeschrieben den 31ten Xbr 1812."
I'm not sure whether it means the child was adopted in 1812 from unknown parents (or even from known parents?).
Or whether it means that an illegitimate child was recognized by the "above parents" and is now legitimately theirs.
The parenting story of Georg Langhans and (Anna) Barbara Schmitz seems quite complicated.
In 1782, Georg had a first child (Johann Rudolf) out-of-wedlock with another woman.
In 1792 and 1794, Georg and Anna Barbara adopted(?) two Findelkinder (Elisabeth and Margaritha, https://www.query.sta.be.ch/detail.aspx?ID=221734, folio 23, acts at the bottom right).
In 1796, a child named Friedrich was baptized in Muri. On the Muri act (https://www.query.sta.be.ch/detail.aspx?ID=226117, folio 289, act 1376), Anna Barbara is mentioned as mother, the child is unehelich (illegitimate?), and the father is stated as a Carl XXX (I have problems reading this act as well). On the Bern act, Georg Langhans and Anna Barbara are stated as parents with no mention of unehelich ?!? (https://www.query.sta.be.ch/Dateien/19/D97541.pdf, folio 52, act at the bottom left).
In 1798, Magdalena was baptized as Findelkinder.
On 10/06/1799, Georg and Anna Barbara were married.
In 1799, 1801, 1804, 1805, they baptized 4 additional children, apparently legitimate (Georg Gottlieb, Johan Albrecht, Julianna Margaretha Sophia, Ludwig Rudolf).
Of course, my main question is whether there is information supporting that Magdalena is or is not the natural child of Georg and Anna Barbara.
Thanks for any help,
Eric
